Banter bot replies twice to the same message

Banter is dropping the same hot take twice in our league chat. Funnier the first time. Mildly annoying the second.

Happens roughly 1 in 10 messages.

  Tracked it down - the chat handler was processing the websocket event and the firestore listener event for the same message. Patch deployed today, should be quiet again.
